Airport Arrival Instructions:

• Upon arrival, proceed to the main terminal, baggage claim area (Level 5).
• Go to the baggage claim carousel for your airline and get your luggage, then proceed to the pick up location.
• Once you have your luggage, exit the terminal through doors 506 or 510 in Terminal West, or doors 507 or 511 in Terminal East. Locate the Limo Dispatcher Booth and inform one of the ground transportation attendants (in an orange vest) that you are to be picked up by Number One Limousine Service. They will call the Holding Lot, which is the staging area for limousines. Your driver will be informed to come and pick you up.
• The Ground Transportation attendant will tell you where to go to find your vehicle and driver.
